Meu nome é Tabaré Papariello e há mais de 15 anos dedico minha vida ao treinamento e ao desenvolvimento de atletas que competem em nível de elite. Sou natural do Uruguai e atualmente vivo no Brasil, onde tenho o privilégio de trabalhar no Cruzeiro, um dos grandes clubes da Primeira Divisão do futebol brasileiro.

I am passionate about what I do and consider myself fortunate to have turned my vocation into a profession: helping people evolve and reach their best version. Sport is the tool I use for this, but I believe my mission goes far beyond football. My purpose is to empower each athlete not only in their athletic performance but also in the way they face challenges and build their careers.
I know that, for athletes, the body is their main tool of work. That’s why I approach my profession with the utmost respect and professionalism, valuing every minute they dedicate to training. I believe that details make the difference, and it is precisely in this dedication to the process that high-level results emerge.
